The Midnight and Goliath mechanical bulls, delivered and run by a trained operator at your Decatur party, festival, or corporate event.
Decatur mixes a walkable historic square with leafy neighborhoods and a strong community events calendar, making it a great setting for a mechanical bull rental that turns any backyard party, church festival, school fundraiser, or company picnic into something people talk about for weeks. Mechanical Bull Rentals brings two ride options to DeKalb County: "Midnight," a deluxe cowhide bull with LED flashing eyes and a soft foam head, and "Goliath," a slightly more compact model that still delivers a full 360-degree buck and spin. Both rides come with a trained operator on-site for the entire rental, an inflatable safety mattress, and setup on grass, concrete, pavement, or indoors. Whether you're planning something in a Decatur backyard, a rented event space, or a local park, our team handles delivery and setup so you can focus on the party. Pricing starts at $1,250 for two hours, with additional hours at $250 each, plus tax and delivery. Call (866) 656-9508 to start planning.
Both of our bulls come with a trained operator, an inflatable safety mattress, and delivery and setup anywhere in Decatur. Compare the Midnight Deluxe mechanical bull and Goliath the mechanical bull:
Decatur's community calendar leans heavily on outdoor gatherings, and a mechanical bull fits naturally into that scene. Backyard parties in neighborhoods near downtown Decatur or around Oakhurst and Winnona Park are common spots for birthday celebrations and graduation parties where a bull ride becomes the main attraction. Decatur High School's strong athletics culture also means booster clubs and sports teams sometimes look for standout activities for fundraisers or end-of-season celebrations. Churches and civic groups around the historic Decatur square host festivals and community days throughout the year, and a mechanical bull adds an interactive element that draws a crowd. Corporate offices and small businesses in and around Decatur's downtown business district also rent bulls for company picnics or team-building days. Because DeKalb County has a mix of tight urban lots and larger suburban yards, our team works with hosts to figure out whether a driveway, side yard, or rented event space fits the equipment. Whatever the occasion, from a low-key family cookout to a larger community festival, a mechanical bull gives Decatur guests something memorable to line up for.
Decatur hosts range from compact in-town backyards to larger properties further from downtown, and a mechanical bull can work in most of them as long as space and access requirements are met. The Midnight bull needs a 24-by-24-foot area with 12 feet of overhead clearance, while Goliath needs a slightly smaller 23-by-23-foot footprint, 10 feet of height, and two separate 110V 20A outlets. We set up on grass, concrete, pavement, or indoors, which works well for backyard parties, gyms, rented event venues, church lots, or open fields. If you're planning to use a public park, school property, or a rented hall anywhere in the Decatur area, you'll need to secure permission or a permit from that venue or the City of Decatur yourself, since we don't hold those approvals. Once you know your location, our team can help confirm whether the space and power setup will accommodate the bull you want.
Decatur's spring and fall months tend to bring the most outdoor party bookings, so it helps to lock in your date a few weeks ahead, especially around graduation season or fall festival weekends. Georgia's summer heat and occasional afternoon storms are worth factoring in if you're setting up outdoors; a covered pavilion or indoor backup can keep the party moving. If you live in a neighborhood with an HOA or you're using a city park, double-check any rules about inflatables, generators, or amplified activity before booking. Make sure your yard, driveway, or venue has clear access for a delivery vehicle and enough clearance for setup. Calling ahead with your address and event date lets our team confirm space and power needs so setup goes smoothly.
Pricing starts at $1,250 for 2 hours, $250 each additional hour, plus tax and delivery. Request your Decatur date or call (866) 656-9508.
Rentals start at $1,250 for two hours, with each additional hour at $250, plus tax and delivery. Final pricing depends on your Decatur address and event length. Call (866) 656-9508 for a specific quote based on your date and location.
A trained operator stays on-site for the entire rental to run the bull and manage settings, including the Auto Stop feature that activates when a rider falls. You won't need to operate any equipment yourself during your Decatur event.
It depends on your space. Midnight needs a 24-by-24-foot area with 12 feet of height, while Goliath needs 23-by-23 feet and 10 feet of clearance. Tell us your yard dimensions and we'll confirm which bull fits.
Both bulls are designed for riders ages 5 and up, with a soft foam head, foam horns, an inflatable safety mattress surrounding the ride area, and an Auto Stop feature. A trained operator supervises the entire time to help manage rider safety.
